Dr. Sisodiya began his career in Anesthesiology in 1996. He takes pride in providing a multi‐disciplinary, conservative approach to pain management through a comprehensive evaluation and treatment model for each of his patients. at the forefront of technological advances and interventional techniques.
Dr. Sisodiya enjoys spending Time with his family, traveling and outdoor activities including mountain climbing and camping. He is also active in numerous charities and professional organizations throughout the DFW area.

Dr. Awan began his career in Gastroenterology in 1999 and is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He is an accomplished Gastroenterologist who takes a comprehensive and compassionate approach with his patients in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.

Dr. Awan was the first board Certified Gastroenterologist to establish Spyglass Choledochoscopy and Endocinch procedures for GERD in a major suburban Dallas hospital. He is highly skilled in endoscopic procedures and has successfully performed over 24,000 throughout his career.

Outside the office, Dr. Awan lives in Coppel, Tx.  He enjoys working out, traveling and spending quality time with his family. He is married and has four children

Dr. Damien M. Dauphinée, DPM, FACFAS, FAENS, FACCWS, CWS-P, is board certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is also board certified in Wound Management by the American Board of Wound Management. Dr. Dauphinée has a special interest in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and trauma, as well as peripheral nerve injuries. He is a current Fellow and served as President of the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons in 2009. Dr. Dauphinée serves as faculty for the AENS Fundamental and Advanced Peripheral Nerve workshops, training surgeons to treat a variety of peripheral nerve pathology.

Dr. Dauphinée completed a mini-fellowship in external fixation techniques at the Russian ILIZAROV Scientific Centre for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics (RISC-RTO) in Kurgan, Russia, using those techniques as Medical Director of Limb Preservation for the Comprehensive Wound Center at The Heart Hospital Baylor in Denton, TX. He was awarded the Young Practitioner of the Year by the Texas Podiatric Medical Association in 2005 and received the Merit Award in 2008 for service to the Association. Dr. Dauphinée lectures nationally and internationally on the subjects of diabetic limb salvage, hyperbaric oxygen therapy for chronic wounds, and peripheral nerve pathology and treatment.

Dr. Robert Chen is a Pain Management expert who has been treating complex, acute and chronic pain conditions for 17+ years. He is dedicated exclusively to the discipline of comprehensive pain treatment focusing on the whole person and getting patients back to normal day to day activities as quickly as possible. He is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management and dedicates his life to improving the quality of life of his patients.

Dr. Chen takes a very detailed, conservative and comprehensive approach in treating those who suffer from the multitude of pain conditions. He believes in a multi-disciplinary approach to properly diagnose his patients enabling him to provide a comprehensive individualized treatment plan.

Dr. Chen is married with two children and enjoys photography and traveling with his family.

Dr. Jason Marchetti is a Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician who has been treating chronic and acute pain conditions for over 11 years.  His mission is to provide non-operative, non-opiod, holistic care for musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on regenerative medicine options, when it is appropriate for the patient.  Dr. Marchetti has a special focus in treatment options to restore optimal function to his patients who suffer from injuries to the muscle, bones, ligaments and nervous sytem and helps them return to day to day activities as quickly as possible.

During residency training, Dr. Marchetti held positions on the Physician Advisory Committee for the Collin County Adult Clinic and was Chief Resident of PM&R at Baylor University Medical Center his senior year.  While in private practice, Dr. Marchetti spent 11 years with Texas Back Institute, one of the largest and most prestigious free-standing spine clinics in the country.  During those years, he served as Medical Director of two inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, reviewed medical research grant applications annually for the Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation and twice for the Department of Defense CDMRP for Neurofibromatosis.

In 2014, he was selected as one of 20 doctors in Texas to participate in the Texas Medical Association’s (TMA) Leadership College and was awarded D Magazine’s “Best Doctors in Dallas” for PM&R.  He currently volunteers as a member of the TMA’s Patient-Physician Advocacy Committee and is active with his county medical society.
